Anyways..this is adorable i love it!
Too bad we don't have it here in any Western countries >.<
But thank you for the commment, I appreciate it!
I think they also celebrate White Day in Fruits Basket, in case you've ever seen that anime
I think Tite Kubo did make a lot of drawings with Bleach characters holding chocolate hearts and such last February/March though
Oh well, that's just my opinion. XD
Most people would say it's because it's a shounen and not a shoujo,
but I still think there is no harm in adding some romance or other
shoujo-elements. After all, there are a lot of female Bleach fans,
and I think male viewers/readers wouldn't mind seeing more of it also.
It's indeed like there are trying to avoid it through excessive lewd behaviour.
And whatever love or romance there is is either one-sided, ends tragically
or just remains underneath the surface. Quite a shame when you think about it :/
Well, I meant I can see why they would shy away from putting love stories in it because it seems these days if you add a little romance it gets out of control and becomes nothing but characters jumping into bed together, (which has no substance to it and I find it annoying)but on the other hand a show (with a lot of female viewers!) that is completely devoid of romance is...a bummer. But you're right, they seem to prefer more...bawdy, to use an archaic term, interactions between the characters. Like the way Rangiku's form is so frequently mentioned.
I would enjoy a long-lasting relationship between Ichigo and Orihime OR Rukia. (I'm undecided on which pair I like better) But I don't mean sleeping together. Just a sweet relationship. ♥ The way it should be.
I totally agree with you though, it should just be a sweet relationship and nothing over the top or without substance. It doesn't even have to be one of the main characters (though I personally won't mind if IchiRuki is taken to another level
Perhaps Kubo is a bit like Ichigo and he's too shy to draw kissing or other intimate acts
Or perhaps it's really just a cultural difference. Relationships are quite different in Japan from what I understand of it and they often seem hesitant to address relationships in most shounen (Fullmetal Alchemist as well for example) and love is more often implied rather than actually shown.
